RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mariette Clermont Inc. will store at no charge the \u201d stock \u201d furniture, sold at regular price, for three (3) months after the purchase. After these three (3) months, the customer agrees to pay the balance of the selling price and to pay the storage fees of 3% per month of the total sale, at the time of delivery and in addition to the total amount of the sale.<\/p>

Mariette Clermont Inc. will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the goods purchased and the buyer hereby acknowledges that any delay in delivery can only be attributed to the sole negligence of the manufacturer.<\/p>

In the present contract, the transfer of ownership of the goods sold does not take place when the contract is formed, but when the balance of the sale contract has been paid. At that time, the right of ownership of the goods sold will automatically be vested to the consumer.<\/p>
