The design of CHINESE is the result of designer Alessio Romano’s trip to China, which bears witness to the tradition of symbols linked to Eastern culture, where a message is hidden behind every curve or simple line.
“The circle is a symbol of perfection, but also the ideal representation of time, the year, day and night, the eternal return of life and therefore immortality.
The study of the continuous lines that coincide perfectly and which is the basis of the complex design of CHINESE allows the carpet to be placed in a vertical or horizontal position.
