Mariette Clermont Inc. will store at no charge the ” stock ” furniture, sold at regular price, for three (3) months after the purchase. After these three (3) months, the customer agrees to pay the balance of the selling price and to pay the storage fees of 3% per month of the total sale, at the time of delivery and in addition to the total amount of the sale.

In the event of an exchange, the customer agrees to pay 30% of the exchange fee and the pick-up fee, considering that the furniture is in good condition, upon acceptance by the general manager only.
